All You Need Is (Self) Love
We can all agree self-love is fundamental, after all, if you can t love yourself how the hell are you going to love somebody else, right? From going to therapy to long nature walks, there s many small things we can all incorporate into our routine to invest in our emotional wellbeing.
For me, a working mum of toddlers, time is very limited, but I still try to pamper myself when I can, so activities that I can do during nap time are my favourite way of self-care. Think facials, a scented candle, or a luscious bath bomb paired with a cheeky glass of bubbles.
I usually pair the scents and treatment based on what I need the most at the moment. If I need to relax, recharge or boost my mood, these are the true-and-tried formulas to treat myself.
