Attend your appointment

For a virtual appointment, you’ll join via a video call or a similar digital platform at the scheduled time. Ensure you have a stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone. For an in-person appointment, you’ll physically go to the location where the appointment is scheduled.

Customer FAQ's

Each personal shopping session is 30 minutes long. The 30-minute appointment time starts at the scheduled time, not upon arrival.

Please arrive on time, as late arrivals cannot be accommodated with extended time and may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation.

Yes, we require valid photographic ID for all attendees. 

Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • Passport
  • Driver's license
  • Government-issued ID card. 

Failure to present valid ID will unfortunately result in appointment cancellation.

Please note: You are welcome to bring someone with you, but everyone attending the appointment must present valid photographic ID upon arrival.

Late arrivals sadly cannot be accommodated with extended time and may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation.

Please note: we reserve the right to cancel appointments if clients arrive more than 10 minutes late.

Unfortunately, we cannot hold or reserve items. 

Payment for items must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

No-shows may result in booking restrictions, and rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is not permitted.
